Everyone wants to feel and look their best. I want to help you do that. I'm gonna break down a few key things for ya;)

Nutrition importance

The great part about nutrition, it is all under your control. You decide what you put into your mouth. If you put junk in your mouth, you're going to feel like junk. If you put amazing, healthy, organic food in your mouth you're going to feel amazing and healthy. Now that doesn't mean you can't have your cheat days, you absolutely can. You have to live a little. I go nuts on my cheat days and I love every minute of it:) I only have two cheat days a month. The rest of the month I eat no sugar and no bread. I feel best this way and my body looks best when I eat this way, toned and no cellulite. Girls if you want to get rid of cellulite say no to sugar. I've seen it disappear with clients, trust me. Sugar is one of the worst things you can put into your body, it causes inflammation among countless other bad side effects like mental fog, irritability, weakened immune system. We'll talk more about sugar later. I do not count carbs. You should absolutely eat when you are hungry. Usually for breakfast I have yogurt and fruit. Dinner I usually have salmon with broccoli and lots of ranch or broccoli with cheese. I am not sensitive to dairy, I know some people are, it's all about finding what works for you. Everybody is different. Some people are very sensitive to acidic food and drinks. I'm one of those people. I started eating more alkaline and felt so much better. There is no one way to eat or diet that works for everyone, it's all about finding out what's best for you. The biggest nutrition advice I can give is stay away from sugar and bread 90-95% of the time. It has absolutely no nutritional value and will most likely make you look and feel bad.

Health importance

You can have the perfect house, the perfect job, the perfect relationship, perfect family, adoration, the perfect body, all the money in the world but if you don't have your health, you have nothing. I've been through many unhealthy times in my life. I'm very sensitive. I was a sickly child growing up. I always had strep throat, sinus infections, colds relentlessly. It is very hard to be happy when you are sick all the time. When I was 18 I started taking vitamn C everyday and my sinus infections, colds, and strep were gone, literally disappeared from my life. That's when I really learned the power of boosting your immunity with vitamins. I was taking 1000mg a day and now I take 4000mg a day. Some people may think that is a lot but I feel better than ever, have more energy, and am happier and more focused than ever. Supplements are very powerful and can do miraculous things for your well-being. Eating healthy isn't always enough, especially when people have digestive problems or food allergies. I know there are naysayers that say you don't need supplements, it's a waste of money...even harmful which is ludicrous considering most pharmaceutical drugs are 100xs more harmful. Let me break it down for you, if you do any one of these things you will benefit from and probably need supplements for optimum health: drink coffee, drink alcohol, drink caffeine(soda or energy drinks), smoke cigarettes, take any allergy meds, don't eat a healthy organic diet 100% of the time, eat sugar, have been on antibiotics, take any pharmaceutical meds, breath polluted air, are sometimes around sick people(airplanes, work, kids), have stress in your life, have stomach or digestive issues, you have anxiety/depression or insomnia. I think you get the picture; if you have absolutely perfect health, absolutely no stress, eat an absolutely perfect diet and live around absolutely no pollution or chemicals, have perfect skin, perfect hair, perfect body and have no family history of any illnesses you may not benefit from supplements...but you also probably don't exist.

Fitness Importance

The two main things in my opinion that lead to a happy life are a healthy diet and exercise. It's as simple as that but so many people don't do it. I'm not talking about happiness as in you look hot so you are happy, I'm saying your brain will get endorphins from working out and your brain will get nutrients from a healthy diet that you need, that makes you happy. I know from personal experience myself and from people I've worked with. You don't have to be depressed or stressed just do these two things and I promise you will be happy. I know it's hard to get out of a funk when you're in a funk. I know, I've been there. That's why I'm telling you now don't start tomorrow, if you put it off until tomorrow tomorrow will turn into a week and a week will turn into a month and then a year. START TODAY. No matter how busy you are you have to make time for working out, even 40 minutes 3 or 4 days a week of cardio. Yoga is great, dance, do something you enjoy and are passionate about. Crank that music up when you're on the cardio machines and pump yourself up for your day. Make it fun. It will be worth it because it will make you more efficient and you'll get more done and of course improve your mood:) Every successful person I know does these 3 things: they wake up early, they eat pretty healthy and they work out. Not saying you have to do these things to be successful but it sure helps, majorly, no matter what field of work you're in. There are studies that show exercise even boosts creativity and of course the raise in libido from exercise is a plus. You have to make it a priority, your life will be much better if you do. It's not always easy but it's worth it. Life is short. Do it now! 

Beauty importance

It's so important to take care of yourself and your body, hey you are the one that has to live in it your whole life. You should never feel guilty for extreme self care, the better you feel about yourself the happier you are and the better you treat people around you. We all know insecurities can be ugly. Do whatever makes you feel beautiful, no matter what anyone says. Of course exercise and nutrition will greatly help your beauty shine through. I remember when I started my healthier lifestyle people were saying I was glowing, my hair started growing so fast and getting healthy, I no longer needed extensions. And I was smiling more. People that are smiling and have a positive happy vibe are always beautiful. Beauty truly does come from the inside out. But I'm gonna give you a whole lot of tips to help with the outside part also;)
