Epsom salt baths

I highly recommend epsom salt baths for a variety of reasons. I do them 2-3 times a week with 12-15 minutes of soaking time. My skin has never been so soft, smooth and bump free. I also notice when I start to feel a little sluggish and run down it helps to revitalize me inside and out. Epsom salts draw out toxins and detoxify your body. They also help with circulation and speeding up your body's natural metabolism. In addition epsom salts have antiviral, antibacterial and anti fungal properties. Your body, mind and skin will thank you for adding this to your routine.

Epsom salts are rich in magnesium and sulfate, both being vital for proper bodily function. 

Magnesium- Every single cell in the human body needs magnesium to function. Magnesium regulates calcium levels and aids in the absorption of vitamin D. It is also important for proper hormonal function, strong teeth and bones. It's vital for a healthy cardiovascular and nervous system. It is also needed for optimum detoxification of the body. Most people do not get enough magnesium in their diet. Being magnesium deficient causes many side effects including: insomnia, muscle spasms, anxiety, restlessness, panic attacks, agoraphobia, premenstrual irritability.
